3.Thai Gong Meditation---Mindfulness Gong Bath(Wed, Fri & Sat, 1pm.-2pm.)
This is one of the popular mindfulness activity (a simple approach sound meditation) to support those who have monkey-minded. Advance booking is appreciated.
